UPLOADING REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: PLEASE READ
SC state law requires the primary instructor to be a parent or guardian with, at minimum, a GED certificate. The office of PIE requires; a copy of the parent-teachers diploma or GED certificate for parents and guardians; and, a copy of court-ordered guardianship documentation for guardians to be on file.
Note: If you already have a copy on file, you do not need to send another.
GED certificate, high school diploma, associate degree, four-year degree or higher, a letter from school admin, etc. are acceptable. Guardianship papers must be court-ordered. A copy of these documents may be uploaded using the uploading tool located to the right of this text. Alternatively, the required documents may be faxed, emailed, or sent through the U.S. Postal Services using PIE’s contact information listed on the Contact page.
