Membership Referral Form

 


We are thrilled to announce significant enhancements to our referral program, designed to offer a more streamlined and rewarding experience for our members. With the new system, members can effortlessly track their effective referrals through the member center, while enjoying the benefit of applying rewards directly to the registration process using issued coupons. These improvements reflect our ongoing commitment to provide value and ease in our community engagement efforts.

Instructions for Eligible Families

A member of PIE has directed an eligible family to Palmetto Independent Educators.

Here’s how it works:

Submit everything on the same day.

  • PIE Membership Application: From the Enroll-Register dropdown menu above, complete the online application form.
  • Referral Form: After finishing your application, submit the Referral Form.

Why the same day?
To ensure your referring member receives their reward credit, we must receive and approve both forms on the same calendar day.

  • First, eligible families need to enter the name and membership number of the current member making the referral in the designated fields below. Second, eligible families need to complete and submit the application form the same day this referral form is submitted. Finally, the office of PIE will need to review the submitted application form and approve membership before credit for the referral is extended.
